As manager of our store in Utrecht, you are responsible for our store and also the permanent face. You manage everything in the right direction and ensure that everything in the store goes smoothly; of incoming deliveries, helping customers, making sure the store looks nice, preparing photo shoots and thinking about visual merchandising.
We are looking for someone who really thinks along, has an entrepreneurial spirit, is helpful, commercial and independent. It is also nice if you know your way around social media so that you can provide fun content for social media together with the rest of the team.
You work together with an enthusiastic team of young girls. As a branch manager you are responsible for the success of the store and you motivate the rest of the staff to achieve goals that are then celebrated together.
Job requirements
Who are you?
You are used to working independently and know how to create a pleasant atmosphere: both for customers and colleagues. You dare to take the lead and go for the highest possible turnover. Input in terms of collection and purchasing is always welcome. You work closely with Fleur, the owner of Hip voor de Heb.
You think it's important to help customers well and think along with them so that they walk out of the store with a smile
- You have an enterprising and positive attitude and like to think about points for improvement;
- You have organizational talent, you like tackling;
- You are the one who knows how to motivate and coach your colleagues in an inspiring way.
- You are available 28 to 40 hours a week, of which at least one day at the weekend.
