Returns and Exchanges
Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Returns are no problem for us. Follow the steps below to process your return:
Register your return within 14 days of receipt via this link. You then have 14 days to actually return your package. The costs for this (within the Netherlands) are € 4.95. It is also possible to have your package picked up at your home, the costs for this are € 5.95 and you can indicate this during the registration process. In addition, it is also possible to return it to us via another postal point. Do not forget to enclose the packing slip. Please note: we only accept items with attached tags and please make sure that the items are returned in the correct packaging bag to avoid problems.
It is also possible to use our model withdrawal form or by sending an email to Returns@hipvoordeheb.nl with the subject: 'Registration return', a registration is sufficient: no personal confirmation follows. If you would like to contact us about your return, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. After registering you have another 14 days to actually return your return, do not forget to enclose the packing slip. Please note: we only accept items with attached tags.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. Paid with Klarna? Then you will receive an adjusted invoice as soon as your return has been processed by us. If you return the entire order, you will also receive the shipping costs of the order back on your account, with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. The costs for returning are for your own account.
The return will only be processed if the products are in good condition, this means that you as a consumer are liable for depreciation due to use of the product that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. If you received a free product with your order, you must also return it.
We do not accept returns if:
The items have been worn.
- The attached cards are missing
An attempt was made to repair an item ourselves.
The articles smell of smoke, food or perfume.
Be careful with makeup! We do not accept returns on items with make-up stains.
Shoe boxes may not be written on or covered.
Your return is received too late by us.
Do not forget to print your packing slip or order confirmation and put it in the package. Don't have a printer? A note with your name and order number is also sufficient. If we do not know who the sender is, we cannot process the return.
(Note! Without proof of shipment with track&trace code, lost shipments will not be refunded. Sending letterbox mail is always at the risk of the sender)

Note: do not send your return shipment to our store in Utrecht. It is possible to deliver a return there, provided it is not sale items. Sale items must always be returned to our distribution center.
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem. Return the product and email us at email@example.com to let us know which item or size you want instead. We will arrange this as soon as your return has been received by us. You pay the shipping costs for the return yourself, we pay the shipping costs for sending the new product..
